Drawing on the wisdom of many traditions - including the philosophy of Buddhism - and grounded in psychological understanding, Shanti Cabana offers practices such as counselling, mindfulness, meditation, yoga, hypnotherapy, and singing bowl sessions as shared pathways of care. No particular faith or belief is required - only an openness to your own inner life and to the lives of those around you. Our hope is to nurture a community where inner healing and compassionate connection can grow side by side.
Ways We Offer Care and Support
At Shanti Cabana, our offerings are rooted in a holistic approach to wellbeing — one that honours the whole person: mind, body, and spirit. Drawing on wisdom traditions, including the philosophy of Buddhism, alongside psychological understanding, we support emotional, psychological, and spiritual wellbeing through counselling, mindfulness-based practice, meditation, yoga, hypnotherapy, singing bowl therapy, and other wellness activities.
