Buddhist Counselling
Our Buddhist counselling weaves together psychological insight with teachings such as the Four Noble Truths and the Noble Eightfold Path. It offers a safe space to explore suffering, confusion, and life transitions through mindful reflection, compassionate inquiry, and practical tools for everyday life. Rather than “fixing” you, we journey alongside you in understanding the patterns of mind and heart, and in cultivating wisdom, kindness, and greater freedom.
Buddhist Spiritual Care
Buddhist spiritual care is a form of contemplative companionship for those who wish to explore meaning, faith, uncertainty, or existential questions. This may include support around illness, loss, caregiving, or times of deep transition. Through listening, ritual, silence, and simple practices, we honour your lived experience and spiritual roots (whatever your background), creating space to touch stillness, courage, and compassion.
Yoga
Our yoga sessions invite you to return to the body as a place of grounding and gentleness. Through mindful movement, breath awareness, and simple postures, we support you to release tension, build strength and flexibility, and reconnect with your own inner rhythm.
